WHERE DO YOU FIND SECOND-HAND PIECES?
All of our vintage and thrifted goods are sourced from local antique malls, thrift shops and high-quality sources. Every piece is fully vetted for the best quality and style ensuring the most curated and unique pieces in every collection.

ARE THE SEDCOND-HAND PIECES CLEAN?
Of course! Each item is thoroughly cleaned to ensure it's ready for a fresh new life.

IS EVERYTHING SECOND-HAND?
While our upcycled collection is a large part of our story, we also offer goods that are made from brand-new materials. However, we always do our research to make sure the fabrics and materials used are eco-friendly and fairly produced.

WHAT ARE THE GENERAL RECOMMENDED CARE INSTRUCTIONS?
Most garments can be machine washed (cold) and dried (tumble dry low) depending on the individual fabric content. However, for best results, we recommend hand washing in cold water and laying flat to dry.

HOW FAST IS SHIPPING?
Economy Shipping= 5-8 business days
Standard Shipping= 3-4 business days

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE EMBROIDERY BECOMES DAMAGED?
Embroidery is loose in nature and may snag, tear or come undone over time. Please use caution while wearing and handling your wildflower wurld garment. If your item is in need of reapair, please contact emily@wildflowerwurld.com.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Returns are happily accepted within 7 days of delivery date. All items must be unworn and void of any foregin smells, stains or imperfections, and with all packaging attached as sent. A refund will be processed upon inspection. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
